First off what exactly are we talking about here?
Ignite Karaoke (also known as PowerPoint-Karaoke) is actually is a spin-off of traditional Karaoke. Instead of singing songs, the participants must make an impromptu presentation; the first time you see the slide deck is as it is projected on the screen in front of the audience! The presentations can come from a pre-made deck, a sampling of images collected locally or randomly downloading images from the Internet.
For Ignite Birmingham 2 we are looking for 2 brave souls to participate in Ignite Karaoke. The format is the same as it is for everyone else (30 slides, 15 secs a slide, for 5 minutes), but you have no idea what’s coming next!
